Donated equipment is genuinely helpful sometimes and a liability other times. A machine too old to run a supported operating system costs you more in support time and security risk than it saves. We evaluate what you have, get the usable equipment properly set up and wiped of its previous owner's data, and tell you when a donation should be politely declined.
