Advanced IT Support looks after small and midsize businesses across Clay County from our office on Salisbury Road in Southpoint. Orange Park is about twenty five minutes up I-295, which means when something needs a person standing in front of it, you get one.

Why a Jacksonville provider, and not one further out
Orange Park sits in an awkward spot. The big national providers will take your money and support you from a call center three time zones away. The genuinely tiny local outfits are one person deep, which is fine until that person is on holiday or at another client.
We are twenty five minutes away with a team behind the phone. Close enough that driving out is a normal Tuesday rather than a special arrangement, and staffed well enough that your support does not stop when one person is busy.
We also work across the river in Jacksonville, which is where most of our clients are. If your business has an office on both sides of the Buckman, that is one provider rather than two.

Orange Park is where most of our Clay County work is, but the drive does not stop there. We also support businesses in Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Middleburg and Oakleaf, and across the bridge in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and the Beaches.
