IT support for veterinary clinics in Jacksonville
Practice software that loads at the front desk and in every exam room, imaging that works when the patient is on the table, and client records that stay private. Managed IT for Jacksonville and St. Augustine veterinary clinics and animal hospitals.
- AVImark, Cornerstone, Pulse, ezyVet
- Imaging and exam rooms
- Month to month, 30 days notice
- Locally owned since 2014
What goes wrong in a veterinary clinic
The front desk cannot wait twenty minutes for a fix, and neither can the patient.
The practice software runs everything
Check-in, charting, inventory, invoicing and reminders all live in one system. When it is slow or down, the waiting room fills up.
Imaging and lab equipment need to talk
Digital x-ray, in-house lab machines and the practice software all have to agree. One update in the wrong place and results stop showing up.
Client and payment data
Clinics hold client contact details, card payments and records that are easy to steal and painful to explain. Phishing and ransomware do not care that it is a vet clinic.
Vendors point at each other
The software company blames the network, the imaging company blames the software, and nobody owns the problem. Someone needs to.
The veterinary practice software we support
We look after the server, network, front desk and exam room computers your practice management and imaging software run on, and keep them patched, monitored and backed up.
When a problem belongs to your software or equipment vendor, we call them and stay on it until it is fixed, so your team is not stuck in the middle.

Protecting client data and keeping your cyber insurance honest
Veterinary records are not covered by HIPAA the way human health records are, but clinics still hold card payments and client details, and cyber insurance applications ask how you protect them.
We put the basics in place and answer insurance questionnaires from what is actually configured. More on our compliance service.
What we handle
- Multifactor sign-in on email and remote access
- Endpoint detection and response on every machine
- Backups kept separate from the network and tested
- Accurate answers on cyber insurance questionnaires
We are not your insurance broker or your attorney. We make the IT side true and documented.

Questions veterinary clinics ask
Incredible service, locally owned and detail oriented, very knowledgeable! These guys are really wonderful and help my small business so much! We left a much larger and impersonal corporate company to come to Jeremiah and his team, and we are so happy we did. Cannot recommend them enough, always happy to help, very responsive and quick.
Do you support AVImark, Cornerstone, Pulse and ezyVet?
Yes. We support those practice management systems and the server, network and computers they run on, and we deal with the software and equipment vendors when a problem is theirs to fix.
Does HIPAA apply to our clinic?
Generally not to animal records, but you still hold client details and card payments, and your cyber insurer will ask how you protect them. We put the controls in place and help you answer accurately.
What happens if the system goes down during appointments?
During business hours a person answers the phone. On a managed agreement, tickets are acknowledged within 15 minutes and a technician is working on them within the hour.
Do you come on site?
Yes. Most problems are faster to fix remotely, but when something needs hands on hardware we drive. Managed clients pay no hourly labor for the visit, only a flat trip charge.
What does it cost?
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, and the rate per user comes down as you add people. Our pricing calculator gives you a monthly estimate in about a minute.
Is there a long contract?
No. Agreements are month to month. Give 30 days notice and you are done, with no early termination fee.
