What goes wrong in a dental office
When the technology stops, the schedule stops with it.
Imaging touches everything
Sensors, operatory computers, the imaging software and the server all have to agree. One driver update in the wrong place and x-rays stop loading mid-appointment.
A stuck front desk stops the day
Check-in, scheduling, insurance and payments all run through the front desk computers. If they are down, so is the practice.
Patient data and HIPAA
Practices hold health records and payment details, and HIPAA expects a current risk analysis, written policies and trained staff to show for it.
Vendors point at each other
The imaging company blames the network, the internet provider blames the router, and nobody owns the problem. Someone needs to.
Your imaging and practice management systems
We look after the server, network, operatory computers and front desk machines your imaging and practice management software runs on, and keep them patched and backed up.
When a problem belongs to your software or equipment vendor, we call them and stay on it until it is fixed, so your team is not stuck in the middle.
If your practice management server dies, our backup can run it from the last good copy while the hardware is replaced.
HIPAA paperwork that matches how your office runs
HIPAA expects a current security risk analysis, written policies and procedures, and staff training with a record that it happened.
Because we run your systems, the policies we write describe what is actually configured. More on our compliance service.

Questions dental offices ask
Jeremiah and his team are fantastic, super competent/helpful and reasonably priced!
Do you work with our imaging and practice management software?
Yes. We support the server, network and computers your imaging and practice management software run on, and we deal with your software and equipment vendors when a problem is theirs to fix.
Can you help with HIPAA?
Yes. Our compliance service covers quarterly risk reviews, written security policies kept current, and tracked staff training. Business associate agreements and legal advice stay with you and your advisors.
What happens if our server goes down in the middle of the day?
During business hours a person answers the phone, and managed clients' tickets are acknowledged within 15 minutes and worked within the hour. With our server backup, a failed server can run from the backup while the hardware is replaced.
Do you come on site?
Yes. Most problems are faster to fix remotely, but when something needs hands on hardware we drive. Managed clients pay no hourly labor for the visit, only a flat trip charge.
What does it cost?
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, and the rate per user comes down as you add people. Our pricing calculator gives you a monthly estimate in about a minute.
Is there a long contract?
No. Agreements are month to month. Give 30 days notice and you are done, with no early termination fee.
