Remote first, with scheduled onsite visits covered under managed agreements. Fernandina is roughly 45 minutes from our office. As with our other outlying markets, most issues are resolved remotely within minutes, and onsite visits are scheduled rather than improvised. Managed clients do not pay hourly labor for them.
