Both. We are local, and onsite labor is covered by your agreement. Most issues get resolved remotely because that is faster for you. When something needs hands, we drive. Managed clients do not pay hourly labor for onsite visits under their agreement, only a flat trip charge per visit, and that is the same at every managed level. We are based in Jacksonville and cover the surrounding area including St. Augustine, Green Cove Springs, Orange Park, and southeast Georgia.
