Field service and trades contractors
What do the first 30 days of onboarding look like for a contractor?
Week 1, the security floor. Our tools deployed to every computer, monitoring and endpoint protection live, backups verified, multi factor authentication confirmed on email, and your staff given the support number and the icon on their machines. From here on you have a provider watching.
Week 2, the office. Full audit of the firewall, switches, wireless, internet circuits, phone system, server if you have one, and how your field software connects to all of it. We document what exists and flag what is failing or unsupported.
Week 3, the fleet. Every tablet and phone in every truck catalogued, enrolled in device management, updated, and checked for sync problems. Most providers skip this entirely, and it is where your crews' daily friction actually lives.
Week 4, handover. Documentation delivered to you, a short training session so office staff and techs know how to reach us and what counts as an emergency, and a written punch list of what we found with recommendations in priority order and cost.
You keep the documentation and the findings regardless of which recommendations you choose to act on.
