Beyond break-fix
We pay a lot of different technology vendors. Can you consolidate any of it?
A business your size is frequently paying eight to twelve technology vendors, and in most cases nobody has ever listed them on one page. We build that list during onboarding: what each one is, what it costs annually, who owns the relationship, when it renews, and whether anything else you pay for already does the same job.
What usually consolidates: overlapping backup, duplicate security products, standalone tools that duplicate capability already included in your Microsoft or Google licensing and simply never enabled, and multiple vendors doing adjacent pieces of the same function.
What usually should not: your line of business software, and specialist systems where the best option is genuinely a separate vendor. We are not going to push you onto something worse to reduce a list.
Even where nothing consolidates, the list itself is valuable. It surfaces auto-renewals nobody remembers agreeing to, subscriptions for a former employee's tool, and services still billing for something you stopped using. That review pays for itself more often than not.
