Our management tools come off when we leave. Your business systems are yours and stay. There is a difference between the tools we use to do our job ( monitoring agents , remote access, documentation) and the systems your business runs on (email, files, line of business applications). The first category is ours and gets removed cleanly. The second is yours and is never structured so that only we can operate it.
