Offsite backups, battery protection, and a plan for working from somewhere else. Living here means planning for a week where the office is not reachable. We make sure your backups exist somewhere other than your building, that servers and network gear are on battery protection with clean shutdown, that your staff can work remotely if they evacuate, and that your phones and email keep functioning while the office is dark. We go over this with clients before the season , not during a watch.
