Who do we call for Azure help?
We work in Azure for hosted servers, identity, backup targets, and the pieces that genuinely benefit from it.
The thing worth saying plainly: Azure is frequently oversold to small businesses. A ten person company does not usually need a complex cloud architecture, and we have inherited environments running eye-watering monthly bills for resources that were spun up for a project years ago and never turned off.
Where it genuinely earns its cost for a business your size: hosting a server that must be Windows, identity and conditional access that you may already be paying for inside your Microsoft licensing, and sometimes backup or disaster recovery targets.
Where it usually does not: rebuilding things that work perfectly well as ordinary services, or any architecture that requires a specialist to change a setting.
If you already have Azure and nobody is sure what is running or why the bill is what it is, that review on its own is often worth the call. Unused resources are the single most common finding, and switching them off is free money.
