Who do we call to set up company-wide email signatures?
Signatures managed individually drift immediately. Within a year you have four font sizes, two logos, an old address, a phone number that changed, and at least one person with a quote at the bottom.
Applied centrally, the signature is added as mail leaves, which means it is identical for everyone, updates for the whole company in one change, and works from phones as well as desktops. That last point matters more than people expect, because mobile is where signatures usually fall apart.
Things worth deciding while we set it up: whether replies get the full signature or a shorter version, whether individuals can add anything of their own, and whether you want any disclaimer text. If you are in a regulated industry, this is also the mechanism for any required notice.
Small detail that matters: images in signatures should be hosted, not attached. Attached logos show up as paperclip attachments on every message you send, which looks unprofessional and irritates recipients whose mail clients flag them.
