Title and escrow companies
Our title production software, e-recording, and lender portals. Who owns those relationships?
The commercial relationship stays yours: what platform you use, which modules, what you pay. We do not want to be between you and a vendor decision that shapes how your business runs.
The technical relationship is ours. When your production platform, e-recording service, remote online notarization provider, or a lender portal has a problem, we open the ticket, supply the logs and details they ask for, and stay on the call. Your closers should not be losing an afternoon to a vendor queue.
We also handle the requirements these vendors impose on you, which are constant and rarely announced clearly: browser versions, certificate installs, workstation prerequisites, IP allowlisting, and integration credentials that expire. Most of the friction your staff experiences with these platforms is one of those things, not the platform itself.
On the recurring argument: when the vendor says it is your network and we believe it is their software, we produce evidence rather than opinions, and we take it up their escalation chain. You should not be adjudicating a dispute between two technical vendors.
