Every industry has that one application everything depends on: the practice management system, the estimating software, the case management platform. We do not pretend to be the developer of it. What we do is keep the server, workstations, network, and backups underneath it healthy, and deal with that vendor's support on your behalf so your office manager is not the one sitting on hold.
