Do you support veterinary practice management software?
Short answerYes. We keep the environment it runs on healthy and deal with the vendor on your behalf.
Whether you run Cornerstone, AVImark, ImproMed, ezyVet, or something else, we support the server, workstations, database, and network underneath it. We are not the software vendor, and we do not pretend to be. What we do is make sure their support and ours are not pointing fingers at each other while your front desk waits.
That includes handling their update requirements, which frequently have specific server and workstation prerequisites that get missed.
