Are there onboarding or setup fees?

Onboarding is real work: deploying our tools to every machine, documenting your environment, standing up backups, reviewing security settings, and cleaning up whatever was left behind. We charge for it as a fixed fee project rather than burying it in the first few months of your monthly rate.

You will see that number before you sign anything. Be careful with providers who advertise free onboarding, because it is usually recovered somewhere less visible.
