How much does managed IT cost, and how is it billed?

We price on a floor plus per-user model. There is a monthly base that covers the infrastructure side of your business (servers, firewall, network, the tools we run) and a per-user amount that covers the people. That structure keeps small offices from paying enterprise minimums and keeps growing offices from getting a surprise bill.

Backup sits partly in each. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace backup is included in the per-user amount. Server backup is a separate line, quoted per server, with up to 1 TB of backup storage included for each one. A business with no servers should not be paying toward somebody else's.

We do not publish a single number because a ten-person law office and a ten-person manufacturer are not the same job. We will give you a fixed monthly price in writing after a short assessment, and that price does not move because you had a bad month for tickets.
