Emergencies for managed clients are covered. Scheduled after hours project work is quoted. If your business is down at 9pm, we are not starting a billing conversation. That is what the agreement is for. Planned work that happens outside business hours because you asked for it to (a cutover on a Saturday so nobody loses a workday) is scheduled project work and is quoted in advance.
