You are going to find a mess when you look at our setup. Are you going to be difficult about it?
Short answerNo. Every environment we take over has something wrong with it, including the ones another provider was being paid to maintain.
We have never walked into a small business and found everything correct. Not once. What we usually find is a mix of decisions that made sense at the time, work a previous provider left half finished, and things added in a hurry because you were busy running the business. That is normal, and it is not a character flaw.
What you get from us is a written list of what we found, sorted by how much it actually matters, without commentary about how it got that way. If a technician of ours is condescending to you or your staff, tell the owner directly and it stops.
In our experience, providers who make you feel stupid about your setup are usually doing it to justify the size of the quote.
