The questions people hesitate to ask
Will you train our staff, or talk down to them?
Short answerTrain. Short sessions, plain language, and nobody gets made to feel slow for asking.
Onboarding includes a short session for your staff covering how to reach us, what counts as an emergency, and the handful of security habits that actually matter. It runs fifteen or twenty minutes, not a seminar, and we repeat it for new hires.
Your people are experts at their job, not at ours. A technician who cannot explain something without condescension is not doing their job well, and that is a conversation we have internally, not something you should have to manage.
One more thing worth saying: if someone on your team keeps running into the same problem, that is usually a sign the setup is wrong, not that they are.
