Beyond break-fix

How do you actually use AI, practically speaking?

Short answerMostly inside our security tooling, where it sorts real threats out of noise faster. We are deliberately conservative about pointing it at client systems.

Where it genuinely earns its place today, in our hands: triaging security alerts so the real ones surface quickly out of a large volume of routine noise, spotting account behavior that does not fit the pattern, and speeding up our own documentation and research. That runs in the background of the tools we operate. It makes our response faster rather than changing anything about how your staff works.

We also run our own AI infrastructure in house rather than sending everything to third party services, which matters for anything that touches client data.

Where we are careful: we do not let AI make changes to client systems on its own, and a person reviews anything consequential. We would rather tell you plainly what it does than market it as something it is not.

As for making your dispatchers faster, the honest answer is that the AI features most likely to help you are the ones built into your field management software, such as call scoring and scheduling suggestions. We will help you evaluate whether they actually earn the subscription increase, which is a different question from whether they demo well.
