Who do we call to manage our security?

Security management for a business your size means layers that each catch what the previous one missed, plus somebody watching.

In the base agreement: multi factor authentication enforced, next generation endpoint protection, patching, firewall management, and email protection. Those are the floor and we do not sell them as an upgrade.

Above that: security log monitoring across workstations, servers, firewalls and Microsoft 365, with detections written for the things that actually indicate a compromise rather than generic noise. Mailbox rules created quietly, multi factor settings changed, shadow copies deleted, sign-ins from places you do not operate, administrative privilege granted unexpectedly.

We built and run that platform ourselves rather than reselling a vendor dashboard, which means detections can be written for your specific environment. It also means we are not passing your alerts to a third party to triage.

What we cannot do is make you immune. What we can do is shorten the gap between something happening and somebody noticing, which for most small businesses currently measures in months.
