Pricing and contracts

If onboarding goes badly or we are not satisfied early on, are we locked in?

Short answerThere is nothing to be locked into. Every agreement is month to month with 30 days notice, from day one.

We do not ask for a multi year term, so we do not need to offer a 90 day escape clause from one. If you are unhappy in month two, give us 30 days notice. We transfer your documentation, credentials, and administrative ownership on the way out, and there is no early termination fee.

We think that is a stronger commitment than a satisfaction guarantee bolted onto a three year contract, because it still applies in month fourteen and month thirty. A provider who has to keep earning the relationship every month behaves differently from one who has you signed for three years.

The one thing that is not refundable is the onboarding project fee. That work is real, and the results stay with you: documentation you own, security gaps closed, and a cleaned up environment that goes with you wherever you land.

When you evaluate other providers, read the termination clause before the pricing page. It tells you more about how they operate than the marketing does.
