Microsoft 365, email and cloud

Who do I call for Office 365 help?

Short answerUs. Office 365 is now called Microsoft 365, and we set it up, secure it, back it up and support the people using it.

Same product, different name. Microsoft rebranded Office 365 to Microsoft 365 some years ago and most people still say Office 365, which is fine and we know what you mean.

What we do with it: migrations onto it, licensing so you are on the right plan and not paying for people who left, security configuration which is where most tenants are weakest, backup of your mail and files because Microsoft does not do that for you, and day to day support for the staff using it.

The most common reasons people call:

  • Moving to it from an old email host
  • Somebody cannot get into their mail
  • Setting up SharePoint or Teams properly after it was switched on and never configured
  • Working out which licenses they actually need
  • After a security scare, wanting somebody to check the tenant over

If you have a tenant nobody has administered since it was set up, which is extremely common, a review on its own is worth the call. Dormant accounts, unused licenses, and missing security settings turn up nearly every time.
