Beyond break-fix

If we acquire another office, how fast can you absorb it?

Short answerSecurity and support coverage within days of closing, full integration in three to six weeks, quoted as a project before you close.

Acquisitions have a specific risk window: the period between the deal closing and the acquired environment being brought under your controls. That is when you own the liability for a network nobody has examined. We compress that deliberately.

Within the first days after closing, their machines get our monitoring and endpoint protection, multi factor authentication gets enforced, and their staff can reach our help desk. Even before we understand their environment, it is no longer unwatched.

Full integration, meaning identity consolidation, network standardization, file and email migration, and documentation, typically runs three to six weeks depending on what they were running and how cooperative their outgoing provider is.

Bring us in during diligence if you can. An hour looking at what you are buying tells you whether there are surprises in the technology, and we have seen deals where that changed the number.
