What if we do not get along with the technician you assign?

Personality fit is real, and saying it is wrong is not an accusation of incompetence. Some clients want everything explained as it happens, others want it fixed quietly with no commentary. A mismatch there causes friction that has nothing to do with skill.

If the match is wrong, say so. We would far rather move somebody internally than lose a client over a mismatch nobody mentioned until the exit conversation.
