What is your hourly rate if we just want occasional help?

We quote hourly rates openly, including to people who are not going to sign an agreement. Before you compare providers on the rate alone, understand what surrounds it: nearly every hourly rate has a minimum attached, and travel is handled differently at every company. Ours carries a one hour minimum, a longer minimum for locations well outside Jacksonville, and a higher emergency rate for after hours work that is not covered by an agreement.

For comparison, managed clients pay no hourly labor for onsite support at all, and get a reduced rate on project work. For a business that calls more than a few times a year, that gap is usually what decides it.
