Who do we call if we have no IT person at all?

Most businesses that call us do not have an IT person. What they have is an office manager or an owner who has been holding it together, a folder of passwords, and a growing sense that this is not sustainable.

You do not need to prepare anything or tidy up first. We start with a conversation about what is not working, then a free assessment: a look at your network, systems, security posture and backups, and a written summary of what we found. You get that summary whether or not you hire us.

What that usually surfaces, and none of it is a criticism: nobody is certain whether backups work, there are accounts for people who left, multi factor authentication is missing somewhere it matters, and at least one thing the business depends on is running on hardware nobody has looked at in years.

The findings come sorted into fix now, budget this year, and when you get to it. Almost nobody does all of it at once and we do not expect you to.
