Can you show us a restore instead of a backup report?

A backup report full of green checkmarks tells you a job ran. It does not tell you the data is usable. The distance between those two facts is where businesses get destroyed, and it is almost always measured at the worst possible moment.

We restore test data monthly for every managed client, covering your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace data and any server on a backup line, and the result is part of your reporting. If you want to sit in on one, ask and we will schedule it.

Ask your current provider the same thing. "Show me a restore" is the single most revealing question you can put to an IT company, and the hesitation in the answer tells you most of what you need to know.
