Network, Wi-Fi and installs

Who do I call for UniFi support?

Short answerUs. UniFi is what we deploy and manage for most clients, and we can adopt an existing setup without replacing it.

We run UniFi networks day to day: switching, access points, gateways, and the controller behind them. If you already have UniFi equipment installed by someone else, we can usually adopt it into our management rather than starting over, which saves you the hardware cost.

Common things we get called about:

  • A controller nobody has access to any more, because the person who set it up has gone
  • Devices showing as disconnected or stuck adopting
  • Firmware that has drifted badly out of date across a site
  • Wireless that was never properly designed, just added to until it sort of worked

The controller access one is worth calling out. If your UniFi setup lives in a personal account belonging to a former employee or a previous IT provider, that is a real business risk and it is fixable. Sort it out before you need to change something urgently.

We support other platforms on client equipment too. UniFi is simply what we standardize on when the choice is ours.
