Managed IT services for Jacksonville businesses
One monthly agreement that covers your help desk, monitoring, patching, security and Microsoft 365, run by a local team that already knows your setup when you call. You can price it yourself before you ever talk to us, and you can leave with 30 days notice.

- No early termination fee
- Price it yourself online
- Locally owned since 2014
Managed IT is not for everyone
It is a monthly commitment, so it should earn its keep. Here is when it does, and when something else makes more sense.
A good fit if
- You have roughly 5 to 100 people who depend on their computers to get paid
- Someone is doing the IT alongside their real job, and it is starting to slip
- You have a provider, but you explain your setup from scratch every time you call
- A breach, an outage or a lost file has already cost you once
- An insurer, a regulator or a client is asking how you protect data
Something else fits better if
- You are a one or two person office that rarely needs help. Hourly IT support will cost you less.
- You have IT staff of your own who want backup, not replacing. That is co-managed IT.
- You have several hundred seats. We will point you to a partner we work with closely.

Start with what you need, add the rest later
Each level includes everything in the one before it. Nothing advisory is bundled into the base, so you are not paying for meetings you did not ask for.
Need HIPAA, FTC Safeguards, CMMC or cyber insurance work? Compliance can be added alongside vCIO. Server backup is billed per server.
Price it yourself, before you talk to anyone
Most IT companies make you book a call to find out what they charge. Our pricing calculator gives you a monthly estimate in about a minute.
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, and the rate per user comes down as you add people. Servers, the Advanced Security level and the number of locations each change the total, and there is a nonprofit rate.
Managed, monitoring or hourly?
We offer all three, and we will tell you which one fits. Here is how they compare.
More on hourly and monitoring on our IT support page.
How we take over from your current IT company
Most of the work is ours, not yours. A typical office is fully onboarded in two to four weeks.
A 30 minute call
We learn what you have and what is not working. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
A free IT assessment
We look at your network, backups and security, and you keep the written summary whether or not you hire us.
A clear quote
Your monthly price and a one time onboarding fee, both in writing before anything starts.
We handle the handoff
We contact your current provider and collect the passwords, licenses and documentation, so you do not have to.
Onboarding
Monitoring and security go on every machine, and your whole setup gets documented so nobody starts from scratch again.
Cleanup
In the first few weeks we fix the urgent gaps the assessment found, usually multifactor sign-in, backups and patching.
A local team, and an owner you can reach
Our office is on Salisbury Road in Southpoint. When you call, a person answers, and it is someone who has almost certainly worked on your setup before. There is no call center in between.
Advanced IT Support has been locally owned since 2014, and the owner is still part of the work. If something is not going the way it should, you can talk to Jeremiah directly. You can meet the rest of the team on our team page.
These guys are the best choice in Jacksonville for Managed IT Support. We use them for all our office IT needs.
We found solutions to the growing list of those small annoying issues that we've been wasting time finding workarounds. Our productivity has increased; our network is improved.
Jeremiah and his team are fantastic, super competent/helpful and reasonably priced!
Questions people ask about managed IT
Something not covered here? Call 904-204-6870. A person will answer.
What is included in managed IT?
Unlimited remote help desk, monitoring, patching, firewall and basic network management, endpoint detection and response on every machine, and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration and backup with a monthly test restore. Advanced Security and vCIO add more on top.
How is managed IT different from break/fix?
With break/fix you call when something breaks and pay by the hour to fix it. With managed IT you pay a monthly fee, we watch and maintain everything so fewer things break, and help desk requests are included no matter how many you make.
How much does managed IT cost?
It is priced per user, per month, and the rate per user comes down as you add people. Servers, the Advanced Security level and the number of locations change the total. Our pricing calculator gives you a monthly estimate in about a minute, and onboarding is a one time fee quoted after we have seen your setup.
Is there a contract? Can we cancel?
Agreements are month to month. Give 30 days notice and you are done, with no early termination fee.
How fast do you respond?
During business hours a person answers the phone when you call. Managed clients' tickets are acknowledged within 15 minutes, and a technician is working on them within the hour. Managed clients also have an after hours route for things that cannot wait until morning.
We already have an IT person. Do we still need this?
Maybe not all of it. Co-managed IT lets your IT person keep running things day to day while we cover the tools, the after hours, the security and the projects they do not have time for.
How long does switching take, and will it disrupt us?
A typical office is fully onboarded in two to four weeks. We handle the handoff with your current provider and install our tools in the background, so your people keep working while it happens.
Do you come on site?
Yes. Most problems are faster to fix remotely, but when something needs hands on hardware we drive. Managed clients pay no hourly labor for the visit, only a flat trip charge. We cover Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Clay County, Brunswick and Waycross.
See what it would cost, then decide if you want to talk
Price it yourself in about a minute, or book thirty minutes with Jeremiah to talk through your setup. Either way, no pressure.
