Tired of being low priority to your IT company?
Most businesses stay with an IT provider that is not working far longer than they should, because switching sounds like a project. Most of that project is ours. We handle the handoff from your current provider, and a typical office is fully onboarded in two to four weeks.
- We handle the handoff
- Onboarded in 2 to 4 weeks
- Month to month, 30 days notice
- No early termination fee
The four reasons we hear most
If one of these sounds familiar, it is not going to fix itself.
You explain your setup every time you call
Whoever answers has never seen your network, so every ticket starts from scratch. Here, whoever picks up has almost certainly worked on your setup before.
Tickets bounce and nothing gets owned
Your problem moves between tiers and people, and nobody is accountable for the result. Here, one local team owns your whole environment.
Every small task turns into a quote
Adding a user, setting up a laptop or moving a mailbox becomes a project proposal. Here, day to day work is part of the monthly agreement.
You cannot reach anyone who decides
When something keeps going wrong, there is nobody to escalate to. Here, you can talk to the owner, Jeremiah, directly.
Six steps, and most of them are ours
A typical office is fully onboarded in two to four weeks, and your team keeps working the whole time.
A 30 minute call
We learn what you have and what is not working. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
A free IT assessment
We look at your network, backups and security, and you keep the written summary whether or not you hire us.
A clear quote
Your monthly price and a one time onboarding fee, both in writing before anything starts.
We handle the handoff
You send one email introducing us. We contact your current provider and collect the passwords, licenses and documentation.
Onboarding
Monitoring and security go on every machine, and your whole setup gets documented so nobody starts from scratch again.
Cleanup
In the first few weeks we fix the urgent gaps the assessment found, usually multifactor sign-in, backups and patching.
Your part is small
We handle
- Contacting your current provider
- Collecting passwords, licenses and documentation
- Documenting your whole environment
- Installing monitoring and security on every machine
- Fixing the urgent gaps the assessment found
You handle
- One email introducing us to your current provider
- Approving the quote
- Giving your current provider notice under your existing agreement
Your part is usually less than two hours in total.
Day to day work is part of the agreement
One of the most common complaints we hear from people switching: every request turned into a project with a quote attached. Adding a user, moving a printer, setting up a laptop.
On a managed agreement, the everyday work that keeps your business running is included, and help desk requests are unlimited. Genuinely large work, like a server migration or a new office buildout, is scoped and quoted in writing before we start.
See exactly what each level covers on the managed IT page.
Included in the monthly agreement
- New users set up and departing users shut off
- Laptops and computers configured
- Software installs and mailbox moves
- Printer setup and the small things that come up every week
Quoted in writing first
- Server migrations
- New office buildouts
- Major infrastructure changes
No long contract, no phone tree, no guessing at the price
Questions about switching
Incredible service, locally owned and detail oriented, very knowledgeable! These guys are really wonderful and help my small business so much! We left a much larger and impersonal corporate company to come to Jeremiah and his team, and we are so happy we did. Cannot recommend them enough, always happy to help, very responsive and quick.
How long does switching IT providers take?
A typical office is fully onboarded in two to four weeks. We document your environment, coordinate with your previous provider and get your systems into our monitoring, while your team keeps working.
What do I need to do to get started?
Very little. You send one email introducing us to your current provider, and we take it from there. Your part of the transition is usually less than two hours in total.
Will it disrupt our business?
We do the work in the background, so your team keeps working while it happens. By the time we take over, your systems are already in our monitoring and your team knows who to call.
What if our current provider makes it difficult?
We have handled difficult handoffs before. We know what to ask for, what you are entitled to, and how to get your documentation transferred professionally. It is our problem to solve, not yours.
Is there a long contract?
No. Agreements are month to month. Give 30 days notice and you are done, with no early termination fee.
What size businesses do you work with?
Businesses with roughly 5 to 100 users across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia, fully managed or co-managed alongside your own IT staff.
What does it cost?
Managed IT is priced per user, per month, and the rate per user comes down as you add people. Onboarding is a one time fee, quoted once we have seen your setup. Our pricing calculator gives you a monthly estimate in about a minute.
What happens if something breaks after hours?
Monitoring alerts us when something looks wrong, and managed clients have an after hours route for things that cannot wait. For analysts watching around the clock, add the Advanced Security level.
